Our platform is a B2B matching ecosystem. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business metrics or financial data.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the matchmaking algorithms and verification systems.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including founders, investors, or manufacturers.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Venture Launcher and its licensors. User-submitted content (like pitch decks) remains the intellectual property of the submitting user, subject to the licenses granted to us to operate the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Venture Launcher, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
